If you have been a rule violator 5 times, you will be perma-banned. Here's the list of the people, reasons, and count of being a rule violator.

Rule Violators
SHdude, reason: Blaming Fireicedude that he banned him on the penguin village forum. Rule Violator until 4-15-08 Violator Punishment: 1 infraction



I hope no one else becomes a rule violator.
