Intro: Penguin Splash is Going to be a Small Flash Coded Game. Im Going to Slowly Work on it, Adding Bit by Bit Until Im Done. I Wont work on this Even Nearly as Much ••Waddle Penguin•• but Ill still Update it Every Few Days.
